About Vicki & Cassy
Vicki Henke is passionate about empowering women to look and feel their absolute best. With a deep commitment to exceptional care and an artist’s eye for detail, she has been transforming lives through permanent cosmetics and electrolysis for over 30 years.
Vicki specializes in creating soft, natural-looking eyebrows with microblading and nanoshading, as well as permanent eyeliner, full lip color, and areola reconstruction for breast cancer survivors. She has built a strong reputation for corrective work, now making up nearly a quarter of her practice, helping women restore both beauty and confidence after disappointing results from other providers.
Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Vicki became a Licensed Electrologist and earned her certification in Permanent Cosmetics before bringing her talents to the Four Corners area. Over the years, she has had the privilege of collaborating with respected physicians including Dr. Winder, Dr. Naffziger, Dr. Todd Williams of San Juan Plastic Surgery, Dr. Jason Adams of Farmington, Dr. Christopher Roach of Four Corners Aesthetics & Women’s Health, and Dr. Ritz of Durango, Colorado.
In 2025, Vicki’s daughter Cassy Uselman joined the practice and has been training intensively by her side. Cassy is now a licensed Permanent Cosmetics Apprentice and is already delivering beautiful, precise results for her clients. With a gentle touch and fresh energy, Cassy brings new warmth and enthusiasm to the studio while maintaining the same high standards of care and artistry that Vicki has upheld for decades.
Together, this mother-daughter team combines decades of experience with heartfelt, personalized attention. Using premium pigments and medical-grade anesthetics, they focus on comfort, precision, and creating lasting, confidence-boosting results — whether enhancing natural beauty or addressing scars and asymmetries.
